Chefs Thomas Keller (French Laundry, Bouchon, Per Se, et al) and Michel Nischan (author of Sustainably Delicious: Making the World a Better Place, One Recipe at a Time) had a bountiful array of Gourmet Mushrooms' specialty varietes, and beautiful bottles of growing mushrooms, to play with thanks to our long-standing relationship with the Russian River Valley Winegrowers Association.
