Quick reminder of the guidelines that help these weekly sales run as smoothly as possible:

• No cash accepted — credit card or digital wallet only

• No early birds

• Limited quantities — first come first served

• Sold in 3 lb. bags

The current week’s varieties are announced week-of on our Facebook page. Not all varieties are available all weeks. Our prices are:

• Alba Clamshell: 3 lbs. for $25

• Brown Clamshell: 3 lbs. for $25

• Trumpet Royale: 3 lbs. for $25

• Grey Oyster: 3 lbs. for $30

• Maitake Frondosa: 3 lbs. for $35
